What was the challenge?
There are very few banks who can finance US residents due to extra regulations involved with FATCA and US residents. The client was looking for around 50% LTV, which helped as the client did have a good personal contribution.

In the end, we managed to get a 60% LTV over 15 years with a fixed rate of just 1.55% for the duration of the loan. So a happy customer in the end as the rate was considerably lower than expected.
